Autodesk’s Fusion 360

Of the last 18 months, I have been evaluating Autodesk’s Fusion 360 software – which (IMHO) is GREAT!

Usually I produce 3D computer models which are then exported as STL’s for use on my Lulzbot TAZ5 3D printer.

I have used it to support charitable organisations such as the Combat Air Museum in Topeka, Kansas. Recently I produced a model of a 1914 aero engine, which I then 3D printed for them.

I am currently producing a replica Lewis Gun (machine gun) for the same aircraft.

I also integrate it into my class work at the University of Kansas.

Usually I produce 3D computer models which are then exported as STL’s for use on my Lulzbot TAZ5 3D printer.

For academic work, I may also produce bespoke videos to help students learn the software.
